In 2016, Ustaz Adams made a bold move. After years with Sandvik Mining as a service engineer, and Mantrac Ltd as a field service engineer, he founded RES Group Africa (Right Engineering Solutions), a company dedicated to solving the problems he’d seen in the field.
Starting with limited resources, RES Group Africa focused on corrective and preventive maintenance for heavy mining equipment. Word of mouth spread quickly as mines experienced fewer breakdowns and safer operations.
Growth Through Subsidiaries
In under a decade, RES Group Africa has grown into a group with multiple companies: Rangers Air Systems, RES Mining Services, and the Justafel Foundation. Each arm solves a piece of the mining puzzle, from air solutions to social impact.
